04How to withdraw
- Finish KYC (photo ID, selfie, statement or bill).
- Wager your deposit at least three times.
- Make sure no bonus is active: a withdrawal would cancel it.
- Choose the method at the cashier and enter at least €40.
- Wait through the review (up to 2 business days), then the method's own time.
05KYC verification
Before any withdrawal the profile must be verified: an official photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or recent utility bill. The name has to match everywhere, payment method included.
06Worth noting
- You can only deposit with a payment method in your own name.
- Cards: 10 operations a day and 40 a month, caps of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted. Fiat and crypto balances stay separate and cannot be mixed.
- If a withdrawal exceeds the per-transaction limit it is paid in instalments; a higher VIP rank can raise your personal limit.
- After 6 months of inactivity, €10 a month is deducted while the balance is positive.
