02Before you write
A message sent from the profile's address is linked to your file faster. The same address is used for KYC documents, self-exclusion and closure.
- Give the profile e-mail and describe the question in a few lines.
- For a withdrawal, finish KYC first: a pending check slows everything down.
- Requests are reviewed within 2 business days, then comes the payment method's own time.
03To request from the profile's e-mail
- Self-exclusion (effective within 24 hours, 6 months minimum).
- A 7-day break.
- Permanent account closure.
- Forgotten password: the reset link is sent to the registered address.
04Carrying over VIP status
An existing VIP status can be taken over: send a screenshot to the chat or to support@luckyboom.com. Your level is transferred without starting from zero.
